The Store Associate is the face of Reverie in our retail environments. This role focuses on service excellence, visual presentation, and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Core responsibilities

• Engage customers with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.
• Maintain store standards, displays, and product presentation.
• Process sales, returns, and inventory accurately.
• Support local marketing efforts and in-store events.

Requirements

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Passion for fashion, culture, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
